Our after-sales service guarantees you peace of mind from a technical point of view. We are here to assist you in the event of breakdowns, requests for modifications, implementations and corrective actions to improve and streamline your systems. Your comfort and satisfaction are our priority, ready to respond to your every need skilfully and promptly.

Our technical service department is made up of a dedicated and specialised team, each request is handled with skill and speed. We have technical figures ready to intervene to solve first and second level problems, guaranteeing continuous and qualified support.

We currently offer you three types of assistance contracts, differentiated by priority and intervention times. Furthermore, we propose an intermediate solution with a package of hours to scale, which guarantees availability with a slightly lower priority level than standard assistance contracts.

We can also offer you an all-round assistance service, ready to respond also from a hardware perspective, with spare parts supply and electrical/mechanical support, thanks to the resources of our group.
